I am passionate about the process of naming my photographic works, in fact sometimes I revise them and subtly rename them even though the work hasn't changed in essence.
I like to make puns and play with double meanings, but maybe not in your case.
As you have seen in the video there are many styles, but I think without a doubt you have to look for some originality. Calling your project "reflections" or "textures" is not saying much about you. is not saying much about you.
If you want to force yourself to keep improving as a photographer, you can work on this area, which is important even if it doesn't seem so.
Think about writers and books. How important are the titles of books to you when you go to buy one? Now think about the viewer who wants to see your work or to whom you tell the name of that collection of photos that took you so long to make, don't you think it is worth pampering the title just as you pampered the shooting and retouching?
