Xufa from Valencia

Natural photographic report about Xufa (tiger nut) , a small tuber from which the typical Valencian drink called Horchata is extracted.

This report has been made by my friend Pablo Chacón, director of the photography school Efedephoto.

Pablo has a large number of awards and publications in various newspapers, his themes are varied but almost always revolve around life and death as well as issues related to nature and history.
