In this small portfolio I present the work of Fernando Sanchez, a Valencian photographer who has great images of our way of life.
Here you can see some of his gastronomic photographs, I have chosen them for their simplicity and quality and because they perfectly reflect a few typical dishes that all Valencians like.

There are dozens of photographers doing very sophisticated gastronomic photography, with dishes that are works of art in terms of decoration, but I love the simplicity of Fernando's work and the choice so classic and well known that we can see here.
